Exchange & Return Policy


We at Bigsarees take great care in curating and delivering authentic, high-quality sarees. However, if you need to exchange or return a product, please read our policy carefully.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange your saree within 4 days of receiving it, provided it is in the same condition as delivered neatly packed in its original cover.

We do not offer a pickup service. You will need to arrange for the return shipping at your own cost.

Once we receive and inspect the saree, we will process the exchange.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted in case of a damaged or defective product.

To claim a return, you must provide a clear unboxing video of the parcel, recorded from the beginning till the end, showing the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the product on our email with your order details.

Once we verify the defect, we will initiate the refund, which may take 7-10 working days after receiving the product.

  1. In the event of a Sale/Special Offer; items purchased will not be eligible for exchange.
  2. Customers can place an exchange request within 24 hours of the order delivery.
  3. All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  4. To schedule an exchange: you can email us at info@bigsarees.in along with your order and exchange details.
  5. Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes. In case reverse pick-up facility is not available at your pin code, buyer has to return the product themselves. 
  6. Exchange fee of INR 250 will be deducted for exchange, shipping & handling. The balance amount will be available for your next purchase. (Eg. If the product was purchased for INR 5250 and you wish to exchange it with another product; an exchange fee of INR 250 will be deducted and the balance amount of INR 5,000 will be available for your purchase with us.
  7. Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range. In case you select an item for lesser value than your exchange balance; we will keep the remaining balance as credit with us for your next purchase.
  8. For an order; only one exchange is allowed. Items once already exchanged are not eligible for exchange.
  9. Customers returning products, not in the original condition may be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the total amount of the original purchase price. It sounds a bit harsh but it’s just to deter the people from keeping wrong intentions while handling products. The majority will never get impacted by this*
Return &  Refund Policy:
  1. We only offer returns for products delivered to you with manufacturing defects.
  2. Since most of our products are handmade; human imperfections while making the handcrafted products do not fall under manufacturing defects.
  3. Full refund will be provided for all products with damage/defects. You need to share pictures/videos highlighting the damage and ask for a refund within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  4. To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at info@bigsarees.in along with your order and return details and supporting's.
  5. Customers returning products, not in the original condition may be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the total amount of the original purchase price. It sounds a bit harsh but it’s just to deter the people from keeping wrong intentions while handling products. The majority will never get impacted by this*.
Cancellations Policy:
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

International Buyers - 

We do not offer any return/exchange to overseas purchases.
